Qian Xuesen was a Caltech rocket scientist who helped found JPL and worked on America's early missile programs. McCarthyism accused him of being a Communist spy, stripped his clearance, and deported him in 1955. He went on to become the father of China's missile and space program.

I had an app rejected because it had the word 'Finder' in its title. But it does sound like the whole app name is in conflict with a registered Apple trademark.
