I've been considering doing something like this. I got a TV based on VIDAA OS with a browser that doesn't support ad-blocking. This could be the solution.

This reminded me of my watchface project using SVGs and JavaScript before the AI boom. I made them all by hand and I'm proud of them as a designer who learned basic code.
