Historically that doesn't make sense. By not relocating you can extract greater concessions. If you left Rancho Palos Verdes early, you could have bought equivalent. If you waited for condemnation, you got max price from last 3 years.

Cool idea. I was expecting more than just turn_off_the_borrow_checker in you_can though. Maybe with time, as more counterexamples are needed.
