I had tried this exploit with rootless podman containers to write to read-only mounts, but the exploit failed. I am not sure if the default container runtime in Podman is resistant against these attacks.

Everyone is eager to point a finger at Google, but I've been a user of Railway for a while now, and I've seen enough nonsense to want to hear what GCP has to say about this before drawing conclusions.

One of gold's biggest virtues as a store of value on planet earth is that it isn't so rare as to be useless, but it's rare enough that it functions as currency or high value storage. A goldilocks material for wealth transfer.
