Someone reverse-engineered Space Cadet Pinball from the Windows XP exe using only decompilers, no source code access. It's now available as a Flatpak for Linux with the original game resources bundled. For higher resolution (1024x768 instead of 480p), you can use data files from Full Tilt! Pinball, available on archive.org. Also ported to consoles and playable in browsers.

It's ridiculous how accurate this recreation is to the original, it looks and feels identical. The author was able to do this just decompiling the exe files, without looking at the original source code.
