Papercuts like this are why I moved away from macOS. Also, the bug report says 'worked on macOS 25' which obviously didn't exist. If that wasn't caught, how sure are you that the rest of the report is accurate?

OpenBSD's PF packet filter HFSC traffic shaping has been limited to 4.29 Gbps due to 32-bit integer limits in the bandwidth fields. A new patch widens these to 64-bit, supporting up to 999G. The fix also corrects a display bug in pftop where values above 4 Gbps were shown incorrectly.
